Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how this independent third-party HMRC submission bridge may be used.

Last updated: 24 April 2026

1. Who we are and non-affiliation

We are an independent third-party software provider. We are not HMRC, we are not endorsed by HMRC, and we are not acting on behalf of HMRC.

2. Service scope

The service is a technical bridging/submission tool to facilitate sending data to HMRC APIs. It is not bookkeeping software, not accounting software, and not a tax compliance service.

3. Your data and submission responsibility

  • You are fully responsible for all data entered, uploaded, or submitted through your account.
  • You must review and confirm all figures before submission.
  • You are responsible for meeting your tax and filing obligations under applicable law.
  • Any submission made through your account is your responsibility, whether made by you or your authorised users.
  • Submission through the service does not mean we validate, verify, approve, or certify your data.

4. No tax, accounting, or legal advice

We do not provide tax, accounting, bookkeeping, or legal advice. Any information shown in the service is general software guidance only.

5. HMRC systems and API dependency

The service depends on HMRC systems and APIs. We are not responsible for HMRC downtime, delays, API errors, response failures, or submission rejections by HMRC.

6. Record keeping

You must maintain your own records and supporting documentation. The service does not replace your statutory record-keeping obligations, including HMRC digital record requirements.

7. Privacy and data retention

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. We may retain submission and account data where required for service operation, legal obligations, dispute handling, audit trails, or HMRC-related compliance records.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: (a) HMRC penalties, fines, interest, surcharges, or enforcement action; (b) indirect, consequential, special, or economic loss (including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data); or (c) loss caused by incorrect, incomplete, or late data submitted by you. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. User obligations

  • Provide complete and correct data
  • Keep account access details secure
  • Use the service lawfully and in line with your filing obligations

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

11. Eligibility and account access

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use this service. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational, or breach-related reasons.

12. Third-party websites and services

The service may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. You should review third-party terms and privacy notices before using them.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice in the service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
