We are an independent third-party software provider. We are not HMRC, we are not endorsed by HMRC, and we are not acting on behalf of HMRC.
The service is a technical bridging/submission tool to facilitate sending data to HMRC APIs. It is not bookkeeping software, not accounting software, and not a tax compliance service.
We do not provide tax, accounting, bookkeeping, or legal advice. Any information shown in the service is general software guidance only.
The service depends on HMRC systems and APIs. We are not responsible for HMRC downtime, delays, API errors, response failures, or submission rejections by HMRC.
You must maintain your own records and supporting documentation. The service does not replace your statutory record-keeping obligations, including HMRC digital record requirements.
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. We may retain submission and account data where required for service operation, legal obligations, dispute handling, audit trails, or HMRC-related compliance records.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: (a) HMRC penalties, fines, interest, surcharges, or enforcement action; (b) indirect, consequential, special, or economic loss (including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data); or (c) loss caused by incorrect, incomplete, or late data submitted by you. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use this service. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational, or breach-related reasons.
The service may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. You should review third-party terms and privacy notices before using them.
We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice in the service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
